Notes

For those writers who may wish to write about the Realm of Maxxis or any of its citizens, I say this: The Realm of Maxxis is henceforth, conditionally, an open universe. To write about the “Realm of Maxxis” or any of its characters, you must agree to the terms listed in the box below. I realize some of these conditions may seem unusual, strange, or weird, but they will remain nonetheless.

I, Cheyenne Chaste Moon, reserve the right to, at any time, due to the failure to follow the prescribed desideratum, remove the universe of “The Realm of Maxxis” and any and all of its characters (which I have created) from further public usage.

Stories may only be illustrated with drawings or 3-D renderings. NO PHOTOGRAPHS!

The characters of Cheyenne, Constance, Zaftia, and Queen Zaundra Maxxis may not be permanently altered. If used in a story, and altered physically, mentally, or spiritually, all alterations must be reversed or removed by the end of the story.

“’Taurs” do not, can not, will not, shall not exist in the Realm of Maxxis.

No one may charge (fees, services, or goods) for their story, nor let another charge for it. All stories must be archived and/or distributed for free. (No one may sell their “Realm of Maxxis” story, nor give for free the story yet charge for the disk (or other media) which it is on; nor may they include the story as a “free” bonus to any sold object or service; nor may they place or archive the story on any pay web site, computer, bbs, intranet, FTP site, or anything similar. (A pay site is defined as any place which requires an entrance fee, membership fee, reading fee, or any other type of fee to access the story; including free sites which require an age, or I.D. check (requiring a fee).)
